Here is a page from Pahl's "The Aesthetics of Everyday Literacies" that I found especially interesting. The highlighted parts are what really stood out to me. It emphasizes the diversity and uniqueness of all individuals, as we all come from different backgrounds and have had different experiences. Attachments:

Representational practices frame the world in particular ways
Representation shape how language and literacy is framed and encountered
Options and possibilities provide a wider repertoire of practices into meaning making
