It identified such an interesting phenomena in regard to the acquisition of discourses as it is related to the importance of feeling a sense of belonging in the context of the content being acquired. (Disregard my terrible grammar haha). |

I love the idea of teachers needing to build trusting relationships with students who have been "marginalized" in the classroom (in my opinion, regardless of content area!).
